    Manages the GAMERS at Gamma Sector. Is pleased if Neptune buys, but it's still just useless merchandise.
    Met at Game Corner where she brags about her badges and Noire's progress. Neptune tells her to take it easy.
    Pretended to be Magikarp. As ex-SURFer, he may be able to teach IF, but they need Pokemon Stadium since she isn't a Water type.
    Inventor of the PC and all it's functions. Once Neptune visits her lab in Gamma Sector, she grants the final function, Warp.
    Crashes into Neptune and steals her useless merchandise.
    Hangs out in the Church where she gives unsolicited marriage advice. Later hosts a special event at the Royal Palace.
    Manages the GAMERS at Delta Sector. Doesn't care if Neptune buys, since it's all just useless merchandise.
    Trainer in Plutia's Gym. Gives a sidequest to take a letter to Marisa after her defeat.
    Ram wants to challenge Plutia's gym, but Rom thinks it's scary. If Neptune wins, they are encouraged to go.
    Leader of Sleepy Gym in Delta Sector. Telling her to speak faster puts her fight on Hard Mode.
    Arrived too late so she's only there for a cameo. Tells IF about which Pokemon she would have used.
    Known as the CD Maniac. She's shy about it, but wants Neptune to help her find the three legendary CDs.
    Is on a mission to defend a town of helpless Prinnies from a scary sea monster.
