    A list of the major characters and their roles in the story. Beware that this contains alot of spoilers.

    Visits Monster Island after getting an invitation to become a Pokemon Champion.
    On Monster Island, becomes leader of Cure Gym after being tricked by Team Rocket. Once defeated, she joins Neptune in finding IF.
    Owns Pokemon Stadium, which can help IF learn how to SURF.
    Manages the GAMERS in Beta Sector. Gets angry if Neptune doesn't buy, even tough all they sell is useless merchandise.
    Arrived on Monster Island together with Neptune. Is on a quest to buy her merchandise 'Nepgear Tools' at GAMERS.
    A Cirno is just a Pokemon, and they're not even legendary. Convinced by the gang to go in a Pokeball with the oldest trick in the book.
    'That's right, Nepko, Compa. The boss of Team Rocket is me, IF!' After her defeat, they join forces to become Champions.
    Trainer in Uzume's Gym. Would be unbeatable, but luckily, she isn't the leader and let's the gang pass after beating her Moltres.
    Leader of Burning Gym. Hangs out with Magikarp. Breaks character after her defeat and doesn't want to give her badge.
    Takes on the role of a Pokemon. Can also be traded for Nazo-gema.
    Regrets renting out Celebi's tiny forest shrine for her stay. Gives the gang a sidequest to find a better shrine.
    Manages the GAMERS at Gamma Sector. Is pleased if Neptune buys, but it's still just useless merchandise.
    Met at Game Corner where she brags about her badges and Noire's progress. Neptune tells her to take it easy.
    Pretended to be Magikarp. As ex-SURFer, he may be able to teach IF, but they need Pokemon Stadium since she isn't a Water type.
    Inventor of the PC and all it's functions. Once Neptune visits her lab in Gamma Sector, she grants the final function, Warp.
    Crashes into Neptune and steals her useless merchandise.
    Hangs out in the Church where she gives unsolicited marriage advice. Later hosts a special event at the Royal Palace.
    Manages the GAMERS at Delta Sector. Doesn't care if Neptune buys, since it's all just useless merchandise.
    Trainer in Plutia's Gym. Gives a sidequest to take a letter to Marisa after her defeat.
    Ram wants to challenge Plutia's gym, but Rom thinks it's scary. If Neptune wins, they are encouraged to go.
    Leader of Sleepy Gym in Delta Sector. Telling her to speak faster puts her fight on Hard Mode.
    Known as the CD Maniac. She's shy about it, but wants Neptune to help her find the three legendary CDs.
    Is on a mission to defend a town of helpless Prinnies from a scary sea monster.
    Arrived too late so she's only there for a cameo. Tells IF about which Pokemon she would have used.
