CPU of Planeptune, the island for fans of SEGA. Her favorite game is Sonic and her favorite food is pudding. Nepgear is her sister, and Compa and IF are her best friends.

One of Neptune's best friends. She's a nurse-in-training and strong as a result. Fights with a giant syringe. Also good at maths. A bit of a pushover but she always tries her best.

Ordinary magician who runs a magic shop in the Forest of Magic. Ends her sentences with -ze and can do the Master Spark. Uses mushrooms to mix up weird potions. Steals books, and precious things.

Part-timer at GAMERS and Dejiko's rival. Hates being called her real name, Usada Hikaru. Can use the Rabi-en-kick and fly with the Usacopter. Her dream is to become an idol.

Neptune's little sis who adores her Onee-chan. Compared to Neptune she is a bit plain but good at tinkering with electronics and machinery. Uni, Rom and Ram are her friends.

Strange girl who makes creepy plushies and beats people up with them. Speaks slooooooowly and falls asleep out of nowhere. Former CPU of Planeptune and still Neptune's rival.

CPU of Lastation, the island for fans of Sony. She's hard working but secretly likes to cosplay. Because she has trouble being honest with her nerdy self it's difficult for her to make friends.

Part-timer at GAMERS. Ends her sentences with -nyo and can do the Eye Beam. Her true identity is Princess Chocolat from Planet Di-Gi-Charat. Dreams of becoming a world-famous actress.

Treasure hunter from Planeptune. Used to be a heretic who worships Microsoft but got turned around by Neptune. Now works as spy for her island. Likes being on her flip phone.

Elemental magician from Gensokyo who lives in the library of the Scarlet Devil Mansion. Reads lots of books and writes new ones which contain her new spells. Also kind of a hikkikomori. Has a crush on Marisa.

Dejiko's younger sister. Usually quiet but can be vicious if she speaks. Ends her sentences with -nyu. Tries the Eye Beam but it only produces abominations. Her real name is Cappuchino.

Noire's younger sister and CPU candidate of Lastation. Rather competitive and eager to meet her Onee-chan's expectations. Has a strange hobby of collecting toy guns.

Neptune's other rival. Hangs out with fish (Umio). Tries to always be cool but fails sometimes. Fights for a better world with her megaphone. Her favorite Sonic character is Knuckles.

CPU of Lowee, the island for fans of Nintendo. On the quiet side but very scary when she's mad. Her passion is writing novels but they're usually somewhat edgy, and sometimes not that good.

Shrine maiden from Gensokyo who guards the border to the 3D (human) world. Always carefree until there's a new incident. Likes getting donations to her shrine.

Oracle of Planeptune and Neptune and Nepgear's guardian. A bit strict but still nice. Her book stores all lore of Planeptune and rewriting it would change history. Can do amazing things but it always takes three days.

Strange girl who makes creepy dolls and brings them to life with magic. They help her with housework or fighting. Also lives in the Forest of Magic and wants to be friends with Marisa. Her ambition is to create a doll that moves on its own.

A round yellow lifeform. While they're on earth he acts as Dejiko and Puchiko's guardian. Ends his sentences with -gema but has no special powers. Prime target for the Eye Beam.

Blanc's younger sisters from the snowy island of Lowee. They are twin sisters, like both to draw and eat candy. Rom's more timid than Ram but together they cause lots of mischief.

Weird fish, but actually a gentleman. Hangs out with Uzume. Very proud of his scales and fish heritage. There's a rumor that he's able to grow legs. His special move is the Ice Beam.

CPU of Leanbox, the island for fans of Microsoft. She talks in a refined way and is knowledgeable about tea, but actually spends most of her time playing online games like first person shooters and MMOs.
